MIDNIGHT IN PARIS

From medieval times to the modern day, Paris has been an epicenter for some of the greatest music ever written. This concert celebrates the ‘City of Lights’ through three French composers: the Baroque master Marin Marais; the entirely new kind of musical beauty brought into the world by the ‘Impressionist’ composer Claude Debussy; and Gabriel Fauré, who was an important musical link between these distant eras. A musical afternoon extraordinaire.
