The ACT provides a complimentary volunteer training session and reimbursement for a criminal record check.

Get a head start on your future and become a leader in your community!
The Arts Ambassador program is for youth ages 13-18 and meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM at The ACT.
Youth also participate in special events such as Celebrate the Night, Culture Days, National Volunteer Week.

Docent Program for the Art Gallery
Are you an art enthusiast? If so, this might be a perfect volunteer opportunity for you, come and join the team! The Docent Program at The ACT Art Gallery is made up of lively art enthusiasts who love to learn about exhibiting artists, new art processes and the stories behind each of the art pieces. They love to share their knowledge and ideas with others in a gallery setting where a variety of exhibitions are shown yearly. If this sounds like you, please apply!

How to Volunteer
1. Create a MyVolunteerPage profile.
2. Receive a confirmation email with training dates and information.
3. Register for a Volunteer Orientation (Volunteer Training Level 1)
4. Complete further training or sign up for volunteer shifts online.
