WE’RE HERE TO HELP YOU GET BACK IN THE ACT!

The ACT Arts Centre is a diverse and dynamic facility with many things going on. Audiences, artists, staff, students, volunteers, visitors and contractors all frequent The ACT and protocols have been crafted to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible. To that effect we welcome all to The ACT and will be maintaining the following protocols as defined by the current Provincial Health Order.


Masks

Masks are no longer required but are recommended for visitors to The ACT Arts Centre.


Proof of Vaccination

The provincial proof of vaccination requirement has been lifted.

There is no Provincial Health Order order requiring events, services or businesses to check proof of vaccination.


General Hygiene and Guidelines

Frequent and thorough handwashing is recommended. Hand sanitization stations are placed throughout The ACT Arts Centre including the entrance/exits.

If you need to cough or sneeze, please cover your mouth within the crook of your elbow, even if you’re wearing a mask.

When possible please maintain a comfortable distance between yourself and other patrons and staff. 2 metres are recommended.

The building is being cleaned and spot cleaned on a regular basis.


Seating Capacity

The ACT Theatres are operating with the potential for 100% seating.


Visitor Code of Conduct

  • Please stay home if you or any member of your party is feeling sick in any way.

  • Please keep a two-metre distance from others outside of your party at all times.

  • Please cough and sneeze into your elbow.

  • Please avoid touching surfaces while inside The ACT.

  • Please don’t bring outside food and drink into The ACT.

  • Please be respectful of fellow visitors, ACT volunteers, and ACT staff.

The ACT Arts Centre is following all government required guidelines set out in the PHO. Please treat staff, volunteers and other visitors with kindness and respect. Visitors unwilling to follow the above stated safety measures may be asked to leave.

The ACT reserves the right to deny or revoke entry to the facility to any visitor who does not adhere to any stated policies or code of conduct.
