A full season of great live performances kicks off in an ultimate down-home musical journey with the one-and-only, multiple Juno-award- winner, Jimmy Rankin.

Returning to his Cape Breton kitchen party roots, and with a career spanning over three decades, the Nova Scotia-based Canadian singer and songwriter has garnered a legion of loyal fans with his unique blend of folk, rock, and country music. One of Canada's most beloved musicians, Jimmy is the recipient of five JUNOs, seven CCMAs, 27 East Coast Music Awards, and a Canadian Songwriters’ Hall of Fame inductee.

Enjoy an evening of ‘musical comfort food’: foot-stomping rhythms, heartfelt ballads, and plenty of surprises. Whether you're into classic hits like the JUNO-winning and global hit, "Fare Thee Well Love" or more recent tracks like "Been Away", Jimmy draws from his own extensive repertoire and that of his multi-platinum Rankin Family siblings.  In live performance, Jimmy has a unique talent making audiences feel like they are hanging out with an good old friend.
