Once the request is received, families will be required to complete the appropriate form which will then be reviewed. Staffing, program capacity, date/times, and the child’s needs will determine the options available for the family. LunchHub Supervision Available (12:00PM – 1:00PM)
Students who are registered in both a morning and afternoon camp at The ACT Arts Centre are eligible to register for LunchHub supervision on-site from 12:00pm-1:00pm for an additional cost. Eligible students will be contacted a week prior to the start of camp with more details on how to register. Alternatively, families are welcome to pick up their student in between programs.
Please note, there are no staff available to transfer students to other programs off-site. Students cannot be left unattended.
