View From a Window

By Seniors Create Project & South Granville Seniors Centre

October 13, 2019 - 3pm

View From a Window is an original one-act theatre performance that celebrates the important role seniors play in our society as vibrant, capable, and empowered individuals. This unique play was developed from storytelling workshops with seniors exploring the perceptions and myths about growing older.

A must-see for all generations, View From a Window explores what it is like for seniors in today’s age of social media and instant gratification. Themes of life, death, and laugh out loud moments are reinforced by sparks of empathy and hope that life is rich and full as a senior.

Anyone who knows a senior, loves a senior or will be a senior one day will be moved by this meaningful work.

“It meant something, I really enjoyed it. Well done!” – Audience member
